The dining room offers an expandable section to accommodate every guest.

● Surveillance or recording devices on property - We use a noise monitoring device; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).
● Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
● 2-Level house - no elevator
● We know you must be ready to relax and start your vacation, and we want you to make yourself at home right away. We just ask all guests to go through the home and report any dissatisfaction within the first 24 hours.

Very safe and quiet neighborhood. Both gates have live security guards during the day and live guard on the south gate 24/7. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00 %) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00 %) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
